Enrollment, Payment & Class Policy
By enrolling in an Everyday English Online program, students agree to the following terms.
1Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is completed by submitting the required registration form and paying the program tuition.
The current 8-week English program costs $309.99 and includes 16 live online classes, with two classes per week and two hours per class.
Submission of the registration form alone does not confirm enrollment.
A place in the program is confirmed after the required payment has been received and the student receives enrollment confirmation.
2Class Schedule
Beginner classes are normally held Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Intermediate classes are normally held Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Classes are conducted live online using Zoom.
Students will receive the necessary class access information before the program begins.
3Cancellation Before the Program Begins
Students may request cancellation and a full refund if the request is received at least 7 calendar days before the first scheduled class.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the program begins may not be eligible for a full refund.
Everyday English Online may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or credit toward a future program.
4After Classes Have Begun
Once the 8-week program has started, tuition is generally non-refundable.
Because registration reserves a place in a limited-size class and covers the complete program, refunds are not provided for classes a student chooses not to attend.
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by Everyday English Online.
5Missed Classes
Students are responsible for attending their scheduled classes.
Missed classes are not refundable and are not automatically rescheduled or credited.
If additional materials are available for a missed class, the instructor may provide them when appropriate, but individual make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
6Classes Cancelled by Everyday English Online
If Everyday English Online or the instructor must cancel a scheduled class, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a make-up class.
If Everyday English Online cancels the entire program before it begins, students will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
If the program cannot be completed due to circumstances under the control of Everyday English Online, affected students will receive an appropriate make-up opportunity, credit, or refund for the portion of the program that cannot be provided.
7Minimum Enrollment / Schedule Changes
Everyday English Online reserves the right to adjust class schedules or postpone a class start date when necessary, including when minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
Students will be notified of significant schedule changes and may be offered an alternative class, credit, or refund when appropriate.
8Zoom and Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a device capable of participating in Zoom classes.
Everyday English Online is not responsible for classes missed because of a student's internet connection, device problems, power outage, or other technical issue outside our control.
Zoom meeting links and class access information are intended only for registered students and should not be shared with others.
9Student Conduct
Everyday English Online is committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment.
Students are expected to communicate respectfully with the instructor and other students.
Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class or program.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
10Class Recordings
Students may not record, reproduce, publish, or distribute classes, screenshots, learning materials, or other participants without prior permission.
If Everyday English Online intends to record a class, students will be notified beforehand and any required consent will be obtained.
11Learning Materials
Course materials provided to students are intended for the personal educational use of registered students.
They may not be copied, resold, publicly distributed, or commercially reproduced without permission.
12Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Students who believe a payment has been made incorrectly should contact Everyday English Online before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved whenever possible.
13Program Results
Everyday English Online provides instruction, practice, and educational support, but individual results vary.
Enrollment does not guarantee a particular level of English proficiency, test result, employment outcome, academic result, or other specific outcome.
14Policy Updates
Everyday English Online may update these policies when necessary.
The policy in effect at the time of enrollment will apply to that student's program unless otherwise agreed.
